Reseller program

A reseller is somebody we approve to buy Cerise keys from us at 20% off and sell them to other players. This page explains, in plain words, who can sell keys, what a reseller can and cannot do, and how it all works. If anything is still unclear, ask us on Discord before you sell. The full rules are sections 9, 10, 11 and 13 of our Terms of Service. If this page and the Terms ever say different things, the Terms count.

1. The short version

• Only people we approve can sell Cerise keys. You apply on Discord.
• You buy keys from us at 20% off and sell them for any price from our list price up.
• Your buyer redeems the key on their own Cerise account. You never need their password.
• A key you bought for yourself, from us or from a reseller, cannot be sold on.
• Running Cerise on other people’s game accounts, like a PvE service, is fine and does not need reseller access. Selling keys is what needs it.

2. Who can sell Cerise keys

Only resellers. We decide who becomes one, and we switch reseller access on for that person’s Cerise account. Until we do, you cannot sell keys.

So none of these are allowed:

• Selling a key you bought for yourself, from us or from a reseller.
• Buying keys from a reseller and selling them again, even for more. Buying a key for €30 and selling it for €34 is not allowed.
• Selling, renting, sharing or lending your Cerise account.

Want to sell keys? Apply to be a reseller (section 10). Then you buy straight from us at €24.00 a Monthly key, with nobody in between.

3. What a reseller can do

• Buy keys at 20% off. On every plan, every time. It is the same discount for every reseller.
• Buy as few or as many as you need. From 1 key up to 100 in one purchase.
• Sell to anybody who will use the key. They redeem it on their own Cerise account.
• Set your own price. From our list price up. There is no top limit.
• Sell wherever you like. Your own website, a Discord server, a marketplace.
• Take any payment. You pay us in crypto, but your buyers can pay you however you both agree.
• Keep unsold keys as long as you like. A key’s days only start when your buyer redeems it, so a key waiting to be sold never loses time.
• Pause or revoke a key you sold. For example when a buyer reverses their payment.
• Sell automatically. The Reseller API lets your own shop or Discord bot buy keys and check your balance.

4. What a reseller cannot do

• No selling below our list price. Do not sell or advertise a key for less than its price on cerise.lol. That includes sales, discount codes and bundles that bring one key under the list price.
• No selling to other sellers. Do not sell keys to other resellers, or to anybody who plans to sell them again, unless we agree first.
• No selling accounts. Do not sell or rent Cerise accounts.
• No signing in for your buyer. Never ask for their Cerise password and never sign in for them. They redeem the key themselves.
• No pretending to be us. Do not say you are Cerise, Cerise staff or Cerise support.
• No promises we do not make. Never tell a buyer there is no risk to their game account. Any tool that changes a game carries some.
• No other use of buyer details. What your Reseller page shows about a buyer is only for supporting the key you sold them.

5. How it works, step by step

1. You message us on Discord. Say where you will sell and about how many keys a month you expect.
2. We switch on reseller access for your Cerise account. A Reseller page appears in your account.
3. On that page you top up your balance in crypto, €20 to €5,000 each time. The balance can only buy keys.
4. You buy keys. Pick the plan and how many, from 1 to 100. The keys show straight away. Copy them, or download them as a .txt file. They also stay in your key list, so you can copy them again later.
5. You sell a key and send it to your buyer.
6. Your buyer makes a Cerise account if they do not have one, opens their License page, presses Redeem a key and pastes it in. The key’s days start at that moment.
7. Your key list now shows the key as active, with your buyer’s member number.

6. Prices and what you keep

You pay our list price less 20%. The list price is also the lowest price you may sell at.

• Trial, 7 days. You pay €12.00. You sell it for €15 or more.
• Monthly, 30 days. You pay €24.00. You sell it for €30 or more.

An example with 10 Monthly keys. They cost you €240.00. Sold at €30 each, you get €300.00 and keep €60.00. Sold at €34 each, you get €340.00 and keep €100.00.

What you charge above our list price is up to you. If we ever change the discount, the change applies to your next purchase. Keys you already bought keep the price you paid.

7. What your buyers get

• A normal Cerise license with every feature, on one PC at a time, for the plan’s days.
• Up to 5 Drakensang Online accounts on it at a time.
• Days that start when they redeem the key, not when you bought it.
• A choice if they still have time left. The key can wait and start when their time runs out, or start now on a second PC.
• Help from us on Discord when Cerise itself does not work for them.

They paid you, not us, so we cannot refund a key bought from you. What you see about a buyer is their member number, when the key was redeemed and when it ends, how many PCs use it, and whether it is active, paused or revoked. You never see their username, email or IP address.

8. Money, refunds and your API key

• You are the seller. Your buyers pay you, not us. Refunds, taxes and chargebacks for your sales are yours to handle.
• Revoking does not refund. A revoked key’s cost stays spent, redeemed or not. If something went wrong on our side, talk to us.
• A paused key keeps counting down. It stops working until you unpause it, and its days still run out.
• Your balance is credit for keys. It cannot be withdrawn or paid out, and it earns nothing.
• Keep your API key secret. Anyone who has it can spend your balance. If it leaks, make a new one on your Reseller page and the old one stops at once.

9. If you break the rules

• We can suspend your reseller access. While suspended you cannot buy keys, change them, top up or use the API. Your balance stays.
• We can end your reseller access for good.
• Keys your buyers already redeemed keep working either way, though we can still revoke a key under section 15 of the Terms.

10. How to apply

Make a Cerise account first, then message us on Discord. Tell us where you will sell, like a website or a Discord server, and about how many keys a month you expect. If we say yes, we switch on reseller access for your account.

11. Questions people ask

I bought a key from a reseller for €30. Can I sell it to somebody else for €34?

No. Only resellers may sell keys, and only keys they bought from us as a reseller. A key you bought, from us or from a reseller, is for you to use. If you want to sell keys, apply to be a reseller and buy them from us at €24.00 instead.

What price should I ask for a key?

Anything from our list price up. That is at least €15 for a Trial key and at least €30 for a Monthly key. Above that, the price is yours to pick. We do not set a top price.

Can I use Cerise to run a PvE service, carries or farming for other people?

Yes, for friends or for strangers, free or paid. You play their game accounts yourself, with Cerise on your own Cerise account and your own PC. You do not need to be a reseller for that. Never hand your Cerise account or key to the people you play for. That is sharing, and it gets the account banned. If they want to use Cerise themselves, sell them a key.

A license works on up to 5 game accounts. Can those be other people's accounts?

Yes. A slot can hold any Drakensang Online account you play, yours or somebody else’s. A license holds 5 accounts at a time. An account takes a slot the first time Cerise starts on it. When all 5 are full, free one on your License page to make room. You can free a slot once its account has been on the license for 3 hours, and the first one you free needs no wait. The same account on two worlds takes two slots, and a license runs on one PC at a time.

Can I sell my own account or key?

No. Selling, renting, sharing or lending your account or your key gets the account banned and the key cancelled. Only keys bought on a reseller account may be sold.

Can I sell keys to another reseller, or let somebody resell them for me?

Not unless we agree to it first. Ask us on Discord before you do it.

How many keys can I buy?

Up to 100 in one purchase, as often as your balance allows. There is no monthly minimum and no monthly maximum. The smallest top-up, €20, buys 1 Trial key or 0 Monthly keys.

Do I get a bigger discount if I sell more?

No. Every reseller gets 20% off every key, however many they buy.

What happens to keys I have not sold yet?

Nothing. They keep all their days until somebody redeems them. You can hold them as long as you like.

A buyer paid me, then reversed the payment. What can I do?

Pause or revoke their key on your Reseller page. A revoked key stops working for good. Revoking does not put the key’s cost back on your balance.

Can I get my balance back as money?

No. Your balance can only buy keys. It cannot be withdrawn or paid out, so top up only what you plan to spend.

My buyer has a problem with Cerise. Who helps them?

We do. Send them to our Discord. Questions about what they paid you, and refunds, are yours to answer.

Can my website or Discord bot sell keys on its own?

Yes. The Reseller API lets your shop or bot buy keys, check your balance and pause or revoke a key. You do not need it to sell by hand. Everything it does, you can also do on your Reseller page.
